Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals has informed that the Company/ RTA had on 8th August, 2024 received request/s from the shareholder/s regarding loss of their Share Certificate/s. In response to their request/s, Company/ RTA had informed them the necessary procedure. As required under SEBI circular No. SEBI/H./MIRSD/MIRSD-RTAMP/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation' to the shareholders after compliance of required formalities.
