Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, the Unaudited Financial Results (Stand-alone and Consolidated), including Press Release on Consolidated Financial Results are sent. The Meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 7.30 am and concluded at 8.20 am. The Statutory Auditors have conducted 'Limited Review' of the Financial Results (Stand-alone and Consolidated) and their reports are enclosed.
