Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Premier Explosives has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, vide Circular Resolution passed on August 12, 2024, approved the appointment of Dr. (Mrs) Kumuda Raghavan (DIN:l0698094) as an Additional Director (in the category of Non-Executive Independent Woman Director) of the Company for a period of period of five (5) years with effect from 13th August, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders The requisite details of appointment pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-I/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given as Annexure-A.
