Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aurum PropTech has informed that Yield WiseX Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company has made an application for a Small and Medium Real Estate Investment Trust (SM-REIT) named ‘WiseX SM REIT’ to SEBI yesterday. This application has been made in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014 (the ‘REIT Regulations’). Subject to the approval of the application and receipt of license from SEBI, WiseX SM REIT intends to carry on the activities of a small and medium real estate investment trust under the new SEBI regulated framework, with the objective of providing investors with opportunities to participate in sizable, rent-yielding real estate investments.
