Further, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI LODR, the extract of the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended June 30, 2024 has been published by the Company in ‘Financial Express’ (English Edition) and ‘Vishwavani’ (Kannada Edition) newspapers on Wednesday, August 14, 2024. Copies of the same are attached for information and record. Furthermore, in terms of provisions of Regulation 46 of SEBI LODR, the aforesaid Financial Results are also uploaded on the website of the Company i.e., www.izmoltd.com.
