R. Chadha & Co., Chartered Accountant as Statutory Auditors of the company for the financial year 2013-2014 in place of retiring auditors, Subramaniam Bengali Sharma and Associates; Chartered Accountant subject to the approval from members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
