FIIs stood as net buyers in equities on November 8, 2011: SEBI

The FIIs on Tuesday were net buyers in equities and debt segments both, according to data released by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2268.80 crore against gross sell of Rs 2052.80 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 215.90 crore in equities on November 8, 2011.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2620.80 crore with gross sales of Rs 1733.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 887.50 crore in debt on November 8, 2011.
