Shoppers Stop project has won the award for the IT as a ‘Service Leadership Category’ at VForum 2011 award function. Recently, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary Crossword Bookstores had opened one ‘Crossword’ franchise store at Siliguri in West Bengal.
