Rama Steel Tubes has received approval for incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the company in the name of ‘Rama Defence’ or any other name as may be approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
The proposed wholly owned subsidiary company to be incorporated in India shall carry out business in the field of Defence Sector. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held August 14, 2024, has approved the same.
Rama Steel Tubes is a leading player engaged in the manufacturing and trading of Steel Tubes & Pipes and Rigid PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) & G.I. (Galvanised Iron) Pipes in India as well as in the world.
