According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers of Rs 7696.22 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Friday’s data, August 16, 2024.
FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 2323.23 crore and net sellers of index options worth Rs 10019.45 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 8462.43 crore and they sold stock options worth Rs 868.79 crore.
