In continuous to its letter dated 19.07.2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Glance Finance has informed that the Validus Trust has withdrawn an application on 16.08.2024 submitted to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for obtaining prior approval for addition of the company as a Sponsor of Invicto Incrementum Fund (Fund), a scheme of Validus Trust (Trust), registered as a Category III Alternative Investment Fund. Withdrawal letter submitted to SEBI is attached as Annexure I.
