Sellwin Traders has informed that the Board of Directors of company, in their meeting held on 17th August, 2024, have resolved to appoint Pruthvikumar Vinodbhai Prajapati as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. This appointment is in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. In light of this appointment, Pruthvikumar Vinodbhai Prajapati (DIN: 09389324) has ceased to hold the position of Non - Executive Non -Independent Director, in compliance with the applicable regulations and in the spirit of good corporate governance. Consequently, he has tendered his resignation from the position of Non-Executive Director and has been appointed as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer. The Board of Directors acknowledges the significant contributions of Pruthvikumar in his previous role and looks forward to his continued support and leadership in his new capacity. This appointment will further strengthen the financial management and strategic direction of the company, thereby enhancing shareholder value.
