With reference to letter dated 12th August, 2024 regarding Intimation of Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held today on Monday 19th August 2024 to consider and approve proposal to raise funds by way of an issue of equity shares of the Company, Aryan Share and Stock Brokers has informed that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was not held due to lack of quorum as most of the Independent Directors were not able to join the meeting. The meeting has been now adjourned and rescheduled as on next Monday 26 August, 2024 at 04:00 PM.
