Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sterlite Technologies has informed that in terms of the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOP 2016), 950,294 options exercisable into equal number of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company, at an exercise price of Rs. 2/- per option, have been granted to eligible employees by way of a circular resolution by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors today i.e. August 20, 2024. These stock options shall vest over a period of 4 years and shall be capable of being exercised within a period of five years from the date of vesting.
