Athena Global Technologies has received approval for proposal of raising funds through issuance of Secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto Rs 125 crore on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches. The funds raised through this issuance will be utilized towards Refinance/closing of existing debt, Repayment of unsecured loans, Meeting working capital requirements and Transaction-related expenses. The Board of Directors of the company in their meeting held on August 20, 2024 has reviewed and approved the same.
