Jayaraman (DIN: 01461157) shall cease to be Non-Executive Independent Director(s) of the Company with effect from 20th August 2024 consequent to completion of two consecutive terms of 5 years each. The Company places on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution made by Dr. Jhillu Singh Yadav and G. Jayaraman during their tenure on the Board of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are annexed to this letter.
