With reference to letter dated 18th May, 2024, wherein it was informed that the Company, had received SCN u/s 73(1) of GST Act in Form GST DRC-01 from the Office of the Joint Commissioner of State Tax Patna Special Circle, Patna Bihar on account of Excess ITC claimed as per GSTR 2A & GSTR 3B and Blocked credit or Ineligible ITC as per section 17(5), Indoco Remedies has informed that the said SCN was duly replied by the Company and the Office of the Joint Commissioner of State Tax Patna Special Circle, Patna Bihar vide its order dated 23rd August, 2024 has dropped the proceeding against the Company under the said SCN. The relevant details as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is enclosed in ‘Annexure -A’.
