Jagatjit Industries has informed that the 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Jagatjit Industries will be held on Friday, 20 September, 2024, through Video Conference / other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and the provisions of General Circular No. 09/2023 dated 25th September, 2023, other circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time and Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/P/CR/2023/167 dated 7 October, 2023, issued by SEBI. Further informed that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed From Monday, 16th September, 2024 to Friday, 20th September, 2024 for the purpose of AGM.
