HFCL has informed that Surendra Singh Sirohi (DIN: 07595264) has completed his second term as an Independent Director and consequently ceased to be a Director of the Company with effective from today, August 27, 2024. Consequently, Sirohi has also ceased to be a Member/Chairman of the following committees of the Company: Audit Committee - Member; Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee (NRC) - Chairman; Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSR) - Member; and Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee (ESG) - Chairman. The Board of Directors of the Company extends its deepest appreciation to Surendra Singh Sirohi for his outstanding contributions made during his tenure as an Independent Director of the Company.
