Genus Power Infrastructures has incorporated a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, namely ‘Genus Dhundar Smart Metering SPV’ on August 27, 2024. It is incorporated as SPV for execution of Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) Contract.
Genus Metering Communication, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has acquired 100% shareholding in Genus Dhundar Smart Metering SPV.
