Genus Power Infrastructures has incorporated five wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries, namely Genus Braj Smart Metering SPV, Genus Bikana Smart Metering SPV, Genus Banas Smart Metering SPV, Genus Marudhara Smart Metering SPV and Genus Rajputana Smart Metering SPV. These subsidiaries are incorporated as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPVs) for execution of Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) Contract. In all the above SPVs, the 100% shareholding held by Genus Metering Communication -- wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
