Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Birla Corporation has informed that it enclosed the details of Share Certificates which have been reported as lost from the custody of the Shareholders and the Company has received requests for issue of Duplicate Share Certificates in lieu thereof. The Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent shall issue ’Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholder(s)/rightful owner(s) after completion of required formalities.
