Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, Easy Fincorp has informed that Akhilanand Joshi (DIN: 07041418), vide letter dated 29th August, 2024, has tendered his resignation as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours of 31st August, 2024, due to his personal reasons and other pre-occupations which was accepted by the Board, in its meeting held today. The requisite disclosures as per the requirement under Listing Regulations is given in Annexure-1. Further, the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company has appointed Raj Karan Daga (DIN: 10747430), as a Non-Executive Director of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders. Details of disclosure required to be given in respect of the appointment of the Director is annexed as Annexure- 2.
