FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per August 30 data: NSDL

30 Aug 2024 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Friday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 31783.03 crore against gross selling of Rs 17256.39 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 14526.64 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1315.22 crore with gross sales of Rs 1072.44 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 242.78 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 63.51 crore against gross selling of Rs 20.76 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 42.75 crore in hybrid segment.
