Accordingly, the Securities Transfer Committee of the Company, has approved the issuance of subdivided / duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu of original share certificate(s) reported lost/misplaced, the details of which are enclosed. Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/ P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, letters of confirmation will be issued to the Shareholders/claimants.
