Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, EPACK Durable has informed that the Company is in receipt of GST order dated August 28, 2024 for the Financial Year 2019-20. The same is issued by Assistant Commissioner, Division Dehradun under Section 73 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the corresponding provisions of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 whereby a penalty of Rs. 13,85,487/- is levied.
