Hindustan Aeronautics has informed about following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company: Ministry of Defence vide its Letter No. 49013/03/2021-D(HAL-III) dated 30th August, 2024 has conveyed the approval of the Hon’ble Raksha Mantri for interim arrangement of entrusting the additional charge for the post of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company to D. K. Sunil, Director (Engineering and R & D) (DIN: 09639264) of the Company for a period of one month with effective from 1st September, 2024 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earlier; Ministry of Defence vide its Letter No. 49013/1/2021-D(HAL-III) dated 30th August, 2024 has conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority for entrusting additional charge for the post of Director (Operations) of the Company to D. K. Sunil, Director (Engineering and R & D) (DIN: 09639264) of the Company for a period of three month with effective from 1st September, 2024 or till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders, whichever is earlier .
