Trescon has acquired 97% interest / ownership / voting rights by way of capital contribution in M/s. Triveni Dwellwell Realtors LLP ('LLP') effective September 02, 2024. The objective of acquisition is to strengthen the existing structure of the company by way of the acquisition of interest / ownership / voting rights of the said LLP through Capital Contribution.
The cost of acquisition is not exceeding Rs 9,70,000.
Trescon (formely known as Pushpanjali Floriculture) is engaged in the business of floriculture, which includes cut flowers, fruit trees, flowering plants, bulbs and horticulture.
