Rama Steel Tubes has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary Company in the name of ‘Rama Defence’ on August 31, 2024 and the certificate of incorporation was received by the Company on September 02, 2024 from Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Rama Defence will carry out business in the field of Defence Sector such as trading, importing, exporting, manufacturing, assembling, and supplying of defence equipment, arms, ammunition, explosives, and related military and security hardware etc.
Rama Steel Tubes is a leading player engaged in the manufacturing and trading of Steel Tubes & Pipes and Rigid PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) & G.I. (Galvanised Iron) Pipes in India as well as in the world.
