In continuation to its earlier disclosures in relation to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst Deep Energy Resources, Savla Oil and Gas Private and Prabha Energy and their respective shareholders and creditors under section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws including the rules and regulations (‘Scheme’), Deep Energy Resources has informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench (‘NCLT Ahmedabad’) has sanctioned the scheme and uploaded the copy of the order on its web portal on 03rd September 2024.
