Man Industries (India) has informed that the 36th Annual General Meeting ('AGM’) of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 27th day of September, 2024 at 3:00 pm (IST) through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) (referred to as ‘electronic mode’) to transact the business set out in the Notice of the AGM dated 12th August, 2024. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, September 20, 2024 to Friday, September 27, 2024 for the purpose of AGM. The cut-off date for determining the shareholders eligible for Remote e-Voting and Voting during the AGM is Friday, September 20, 2024.
