NBCC (India) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RITES on September 04, 2024. This MoU aims to achieve the effectiveness of synergy and cooperation on a long-term basis to explore combined business interest in relation to the development, financing and execution of projects across India and Overseas. The MoU is in the normal course of business of the Company.
NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
