Hathway Cable & Datacom has sold entire 51% equity stake (i.e., 2,29,500 equity shares) in Hathway Prime Cable & Datacom (Hathway Prime), a subsidiary of the Company. Consequently, Hathway Prime has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company effective from September 09,2024.
Hathway Prime is a non-operating company and its contribution to the consolidated turnover and networth of the Company for the FY2023-24 was NIL.
Hathway Cable & Datacom is engaged in distribution of internet services through cable and has strategic stake in entities engaged in Cable Television business.
