Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, Wockhardt has informed that Link Intime India, its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) has intimated regarding loss of share certificate(s) by the Shareholder(s) as details enclosed. Any claim in respect of said share certificates should be lodged with its RTA in writing within 7 days from the date of this letter, failing which its RTA may proceed to issue duplicate share certificates in favour of the applicant.
