In reference to the email received from Exchange dated 6th September, 2024 seeking clarification from the company on the movement in the price of the security at exchange in the recent past, Nirav Commercials has informed that the Company has intimated from time to time to the Bombay Stock Exchange of all the events, information etc. that has an impact on the operations and performance of the Company which includes all price sensitive information etc. as required to be disclosed under the provisions of Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company has no further information or disclosure which, in opinion, would have an impact on the price behaviour in the scrip of the Company. Therefore, the change in the company's share price in the recent past is entirely attributable to market circumstances, which appear to be driven by the market.
