(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Blue Dart Express has informed that Link lntime (India), the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company, is in receipt of proper documents from shareholder, Manmohansingh N Chhatwal (Folio No. M03419) in respect of her request for issuance of duplicate share certificate.
