Mahanagar Telephone Nigam (MTNL) has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India) to collaborate to develop a prominent Land Parcel of MTNL measuring around 13.88 acres located on Janakpuri, New Delhi. The company has signed MoU on September 11, 2024. 

This Project aims to transform the land into a state of the art residential/ commercial space, leveraging the expertise and resources of both organizations.

MTNL was set up by the Government of India to upgrade the quality of telecom services, expand the telecom network, and introduce new services and to raise revenue for telecom development needs of India's key metros -- Delhi and Mumbai.
