Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Hatsun Agro Product has informed that Panchapagesan Vaidyanathan (DIN: 00029503) vide his letter dated September 12, 2024 has tendered his resignation from the position of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company due to personal commitments with effect from the close of Business hours on September 12, 2024. The additional details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time (read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023) with respect to the aforesaid resignation is enclosed as Annexure - A. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Panchapagesan Vaidyanathan that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter dated September 12, 2024.
