ADC India Communications has executed a lease agreement with Pentair Technical Products India for the lease of its registered office situated at No. 10 C, II Phase, Peenya, Bangalore admeasuring 8,089 square meters with a building constructed thereupon consisting of ground floor and first floor having a super built up area of 40,002 square feet. The lease is for a period of 36 months effective from August 01, 2013.
The property has been leased for the purpose of running a factory for manufacturing of metal enclosures and related products. Simultaneously, from August 01, 2013, the company will be relocating its registered office from the aforesaid premises to a new premise at Bangalore.
