As per Regulation 30 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Lakshmi Automatic Loom Works has informed that it has commenced the construction of the proposed 40,700 Sq. Ft. Warehouse Building at its Warehousing Rental Services Division at Plot No.39, SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Hosur September 16, 2024 at an estimated cost of Rs 800 lakhs. It is expected to be completed by end of March 2025 and will be let out to parties of repute.
