In response and as required under SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022; the RTA shall issue 'Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholder/s after compliance of all the required formalities.
