Sagar Cements has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, the Board of Directors have appointed Jens Van Nieuwenborgh (DIN: 07638244) as Additional Director to act as Nominee Director of AvH Resources India (in terms of shareholders agreement entered in to with the said entity) with effect from today, 18th September, 2024. In compliance with the Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 issued by BSE, and as per the confirmation received from Jens Van Nieuwenborgh, Sagar Cements has confirmed that Jens Van Nieuwenborgh (DIN: 07638244) have not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority. The necessary details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoDl/P/CIR/2023/123, dated July 13, 2023 are given in the ‘Annexure A’.
