Rane Holdings acquires balance 51% stake in RNSS

Rane Holdings has acquired the entire balance 51% equity stake in the joint venture company viz. Rane NSK Steering Systems (RNSS) from NSK, Japan (NSK) on September 19, 2024. Pursuant to the acquisition, RNSS has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (100%) of the Company and would be renamed as Rane Steering Systems.

Rane Holdings (RHL) is the holding company of Rane Group. RHL owns the trademark in Rane and provides a range of services to group companies. These include employee training and development, investor services, business development & information systems support.
