Further to letter dated 29th July, 2024 intimating the constitution of a Committee of Directors to examine, Company’s current position and business strategy for enhancing stakeholders value, India Glycols has informed that the Company has appointed Ernst & Young LLP (EY) as its financial and tax consultant in this regard. EY will work with the Company in identifying and evaluating various options and opportunities including restructuring of businesses of the Company with the objective to unlock stakeholders’ value. EY is expected to present its report and findings in Q3/FY 25. The Board at its meeting held on 21st September 2024 has noted the same. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:40 Hrs and concluded at 11:09 Hrs.
