CSL Finance has informed that the Shareholders of the Company, have approved Amendment to the Articles of Association (AOA) of the Company vide Special Resolution passed at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Saturday, 21st September 2024 at 12:30PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC). The Annual General Meeting commenced at 12:30 PM (IST) and concluded at 01:22 PM (IST) on 21st September 2024. The brief details of the amendment to the AOA in terms of Para A.14 of Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 are given in Annexure A.
