Birla Cable has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company vide Circular Resolution passed on 21st September, 2024 has considered and approved issuance of duplicate share certificates, the details of which are enclosed as required under Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) will follow the prescribed procedure as per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 7, 2024 for issuance of said securities in dematerialized form to the mentioned Shareholders.
