The objective of incorporation is to carry on the business of Procurement Consulting; Engineering Projects Management Consultancy; Information Technology Consultancy; Research and development to in the field of cloud computing; Services, Management and Operation of Computer Networks; and Information Technology Network Services
Earlier, the company had incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ‘Cyient Semiconductors’ under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
