Century Extrusions has informed that the trading window, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (CEL Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall be closed for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Insiders (including Directors and Designated Persons as per CEL Insider Code and their immediate relatives) of the Company from 01st October, 2024. The Trading Window will re-open after 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ending 30th September, 2024.
