Tata Motors has launched the Nexon iCNG, and additions to the Nexon.ev range with a new 45 kWh battery pack and the flagship Red Hot #DARK edition. These additions make India’s bestselling SUV, the Tata Nexon, India’s first and only vehicle to be available in 4 distinct powertrains - petrol, diesel, CNG and electric. Kings Infra Ventures has raised Rs 68.50 lakh through the allotment of 6850 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,000 each on Private Placement basis. The Debenture Committee of the Company has, at its meeting held on September 24, 2024, allotted the same.

Vraj Iron & Steel has invested Rs 12.59 crore towards purchase of 41,95,750 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 30 per share of Vraj Metaliks and the said transfer has been registered in the name of Vraj Iron & Steel dated September 23, 2024. Consequent upon the said acquisition of 41,95,750 equity shares of Vraj Metaliks, the holding of the company has increased from 35.56% to 49.90% in the enhanced equity capital of Vraj Metaliks with effect from September 23, 2024.

Indraprastha Gas (IGL), Josler Energy and Heath Consultants, Inc have entered into collaboration under the US-India Low Emissions Gas Task Force (LEGT). As per the collaboration, advanced gas leak detection technologies will be introduced into IGL’s gas distribution network that spans Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. The MoU, signed between IGL and Heath Consultants at GASTECH 2024, Houston, is a significant step towards reducing methane emissions and bolstering public safety across IGL’s network.

Gillette India has received a letter from its distributor, Procter & Gamble Bangladesh (P&G Bangladesh), notifying termination of the distribution agreement with the company, which will be effective December 31, 2024. As a consequence of this termination, the Company will have an impact of proportionate drop in net sales under this agreement. For the financial year 2023?24, the net sales under the said distributor agreement accounted for around 2% of the total net sales of the Company. There is no material impact on Company’s profits due to this termination.

Mukta Arts has executed assignment agreement and term sheet with Zee Entertainment Enterprises (Zee) for assignment of satellite and media rights of 37 films of the Company for a limited period of 6 years commencing from August 25, 2027 for a total consideration of 25% more as compared to previous agreement and as per the terms and conditions entered between the Company and Zee.

Following a fire incident at its Trombay plant, Tata Power has confirmed that the plant is adequately insured. The investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing, which may impact the company’s operations in the short term.
