Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has informed that pursuant to amended the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for consideration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2024 shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives and other Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
